Thank you for your interest in OsteoRhythm. If you are here for the first time, please select the "Inital New Booking Appointment" option. You will be emailed a Health History and Consent form to fill out before your first appointment.

If you've been here before, you may choose between a 30 minute, a 45 minute or a 60 minute follow up appointment.

There is free parking provided behind the building. Please access the clinic from the front entrance. There is a waiting room just beyond the entrance hallway.
